Quote of the Moment: Aids and HIV
People think of “AIDS research” as the crucible of modern science and technology. There are more than 100,000 scientists and doctors working on AIDS - more than the annual number of AIDS patients in the U.S. There are 80,000 AIDS organizations in the U.S., one for each new AIDS patient. As a scientist who has studied AIDS for 16 years, I have determined that AIDS has little to do with science and is not even primarily a medical issue. Now it gets interesting…
Who is David Rasnith? Well… He’s the inventor of the protease inhibitors, a class of medications used to treat or prevent infection by viruses, including HIV and Hepatitis C [wikipedia]. Whats even more interesting is the fact that the wikipedia page does not associate Rasnick with protease on the linked page above, but a simple google search clearly shows his involvement in the development of protease and HIV/AIDS reasearch. In addition, Rasnick’s wikiepdia page claims that Rasnick did not conducted any HIV/AIDS research and belongs to a group of HIV/AIDS deniers, a small group of mostly non-scientific individuals. Wow. That a pretty big lie.
There is a growing number of doctors and scientists, some who have earned Nobel prizes for their scientific work, who are publicly challenging HIV/AIDS as we know it. In addition, many claim it is not the virus that will kill you, but the treatment. Even more interesting is the blatant refusal to hear or consider the arguements being presented by these acclaimed professionals. They are often referred to Aids deniers, but… what if they’re onto something? Shouldn’t we be asking questions instead of throwing rocks?
Government funding for AIDS/HIV is now 23 billion dollars and as grown tremendously in the last decade. Let us not forget, this is the same government that is currently funding this war. Follow the money.
